Step 1Village Tour
Tour Savannah Lakes with one of Savannah Lakes Realty’s agents and decide if the lifestyle is right for you.
Step 2Team Consultation
Consult with your agent and a representative from Capital Home Builders. The goal of this consultation is to determine budget and how to allocate money from your budget according to your preferences. We aim to find the balance between lot type, home design, and home quality that suits you.
Step 3Lot Selection
Your Savannah Lakes Realty agent will show you different lot opportunities throughout the Village. Your agent will walk you through the process of purchasing the lot. You can proceed confidently knowing you have a sound buildable lot, limiting potential for unforeseen complications and expenses.
Step 4Home Design
Use one of our home plans, customize a plan to fit your needs or start from scratch with a new plan. Capital owner, Dwight Fleming, manages the home design division of Capital Home Builders.
Once you own your lot and have developed your floor plan, Capital will present a contract with a price to construct your home. The contract will include and detail all specifications and allowances for your home.
Capital Home Builders is an expert manager of the custom home construction process. At Capital we have developed many tools and systems to help our clients marry their vision with a budget and schedule. We maintain an open relationship and hold frequent meetings to keep the owner informed of the progress.
Step 7Warranty Period
A new home’s comprehensive warranty is valuable, but much of that value lies in the ability to service the warranty. At Capital Home Builders, you can expect responsive, courteous service and effective communication throughout your new home warranty period. The same team that built your home takes pride in servicing your needs after move-in.
