David Skidmore

David is a full-time resident of Savannah Lakes Village who specializes in assisting buyers as they navigate the relocation process. A resident since 2018, David brings a wealth of leadership experience from both the public and private sectors. After earning his degree in Criminal Justice and serving four years as a Military Policeman in the United States Marine Corps, he dedicated 23 years to law enforcement with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.

Following his distinguished career in service, David spent 15 years in the corporate world as the Vice President of Global Security and Corporate Aviation for NCR Corporation. This high-level background ensures that his clients receive the benefit of sharp negotiation skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Deeply involved in the SLV lifestyle, David is a former Club Champion and an avid golfer with a 6 handicap. His commitment to our community is further evidenced by his service on the Board of Directors for the Savannah Lakes Property Owners Association and his leadership within the Rod and Gun Club. David is passionate about the growth of our village and takes great pride in helping new neighbors find their place in our close-knit community.
